Data Recovery in Bursa: Diagnosis First, Then the Solution
Whether files were deleted, a drive was formatted or a device has failed, we work on your case in our laboratory in Nilüfer. After the examination we give you a written quote, and we do nothing until you approve it.

- No work without your approval

If you can’t reach your files right now
You are probably reading this in the middle of a problem. In many cases it is not the fault itself but the hurried attempts that follow which make things worse. So the most valuable thing you can do right now is to leave the device alone. Have a look at the short list below, then call us.
What to do first if you have lost data
Do
- Switch the device off immediately and unplug it.
- Note what happened when the fault occurred (noise, a fall, an error message).
- Store the device protected from shocks.
- Call us and we will explain the safest way forward.
Don’t
- Don’t keep switching the device on and off.
- Don’t try downloaded recovery software on a faulty drive.
- Don’t remove or open the drive, and don’t put it in the freezer.
- Don’t start formatting, repair (chkdsk) or a RAID rebuild.
Every attempt at intervention increases the risk of permanent data loss. If you are unsure, call us on 0224 234 28 39.
What situation are you facing?
An accountant who cannot connect to the database one morning, a wedding photographer whose memory card says “needs to be formatted”, a family whose external drive full of years of photos slips off the desk. From the outside they all have the same name: data loss. In the laboratory each one is a different diagnosis and a different roadmap.
Since 2015 we have been working in Bursa to tell these cases apart correctly. We find out why your device is not being read, tell you honestly how much data can realistically be reached, and hand the recovered files back to you safely. These are the main devices and fault types we work on. The detailed service pages are currently available in Turkish only; the cards below take you to the request form.

Ask us about this →Is the problem in software or in hardware?
The cases we see fall roughly into two groups. In the first, the device works but the files are gone: a wrong deletion, a hasty format, a damaged partition structure or ransomware that locks your documents. In the second, the fault is in the hardware itself: a drive with damaged heads, a motor that will not spin, a burnt board or an unresponsive SSD controller.
In the first group the danger is that every new file written to the device can take the place of the lost data. In the second, every time the device is powered on the fault can get worse. If you are not sure which one you have, the right move is the same in both cases: switch the device off and stop using it.
After your device reaches us
Every device that comes to the laboratory follows the same path. No stage is skipped or brought forward without your knowledge.
- 1
Get the device to us
Bring it to our laboratory in person or send it by courier.
- 2
Fault diagnosis
Your device is examined and the type of fault and the likelihood of recovery are assessed.
- 3
Quote and approval
You receive a clear price quote; no work is done without your approval.
- 4
Recovery
Where possible, a bit-for-bit copy is made first and the work is carried out on the copy.
- 5
Handover and deletion
Your data is handed over and the copies in the laboratory are securely deleted.
When the examination is finished we do not just tell you a price. We also talk about what the fault is, which folders can be reached and roughly how long the job will take. Software problems are often resolved within a few days, while mechanically damaged or multi-disk systems can need more time. At handover you check your files, and only then are the copies in the laboratory deleted.
How we work
A copy before we touch the original
Our background is digital forensics, where the first rule is not to alter the evidence. With the same habit, in every case where it is possible we take a sector-level image of the faulty medium and carry out recovery attempts on that copy. If one method does not work we can move on to another without stressing the original device again.
A written quote, not a verbal one
We send our quote in writing after the examination. If you accept, we start; if you do not, you take your device back. If something comes up during the work that changes the scope, the decision is again yours.
Not pretending the impossible is possible
Some data does not come back: overwritten areas, severe platter damage or SSD blocks cleared by TRIM are examples. If we meet such a situation we say so openly and do not put you to pointless expense. If partial recovery is possible, we tell you which files may return before we begin.
Your files belong to you
Data is processed only for the purpose of recovery. If you wish, we sign a confidentiality agreement (NDA) before we start work.
An address where you can talk face to face
You can bring your device to our office in Beşevler yourself and speak directly to the person doing the work. Besides Nilüfer, Osmangazi and Yıldırım we also accept devices from İnegöl, Gemlik, Mudanya, Gürsu and Kestel. If you are in another city, you can send the device by courier; please contact us first so we can advise on packaging.
When data loss means business loss
On a morning when a server will not start, shared folders on a NAS have disappeared or an accounting database throws errors, every hour has a cost for the business. In such cases we first work out with you which files are most essential to keep operations going and, where possible, start the recovery with those. Requests for invoiced work, an NDA and priority assessment can be raised with us when you get in touch.
A few questions you may have
Should I call before bringing my device?
It is not compulsory, but we recommend it. In a short call we can tell you how to transport the device and what to bring with you, and we will not keep you waiting when you arrive.
Do I need to bring the whole computer or only the drive?
For desktop cases the drive is usually enough. For laptops, especially models with storage soldered to the motherboard, the device itself is needed. If you are not sure, bring the device as it is.
On what medium will I receive the recovered files?
In most cases we copy them to an external drive that you bring or that we agree on for the handover. The handover medium is decided together with you at the quote stage.
What happens if I don’t accept the quote?
No recovery work starts unless you approve it. You can take your device back, and you are welcome to take time to think it over.
